  • You can book online from 1 day in advance.

    If you are looking for an apartment tonight, please call +32 474 42 49 02 to check availability.

    Minimum stay: 1 night.

    Check in from 04.00 PM with your access code (use it at the front door of the house and the front door of your apartement). You recieve your access code after you made your booking.

    Check out before 10.00 AM.

    The rental fee, plus any extra charges, must be paid in full when you book your stay.

  • We are located in front of the city park of Aalst and nearby the city center and railway station – a 10 minutes walk.

    A 5 minutes walk brings you to the big sport complex Schotte. You will find more information about Aalst inside the apartments.

  • When you stay less than 7 days

    We have a 72-hour cancellation policy, which means you can cancel without penalty until 16:00 hrs three days before your arrival. If the booking is cancelled after this time, you are subject to a penalty charge equivalent to the first two nights of your stay.

    When you stay less than 31 days

    We have a 1 week cancellation policy, which means you can cancel without penalty until 16:00 hrs 7 days before your arrival. If the booking is cancelled after this time, you are subject to a penalty charge equivalent to 1 week of your stay.

    When you stay more than 30 days

    We have a 2 weeks cancellation policy, which means you can cancel without penalty until 16:00 hrs 14 days before your arrival. If the booking is cancelled after this time, you are subject to a penalty charge equivalent to 2 weeks of your stay.

  • Of course. And it's FREE too. You have access to our free WiFi throughout the entire building.

    Find the code at your apartment.

  • Yes we do :-). You can order your breakfast the day before, before 12.OO PM by mail or when you make your booking. The breakfast will be delivered at the front door of your apartment at the time of your request (after 7.30 AM). The price of the breakfast is 12€ per person.

  • You can park your car for free in the street.

  • Fresh, crisp linen is included in every apartment. We will even make your bed :-).

    Also towels and a hairdryer are included in our apartments.

  • When you arrive the apartement is clean, off course ;-)

    For the daily cleaning, you have a lot of tools available (pilferer, buckets, floor cloth, brush, …) at your apartement.

    When you stay more then one week, we give the apartments a general cleaning; fresh linen, new towels, vacuuming, … This is included in your stay and we do it weekly.

  • We are located here. Our adress is Eugeen Bosteelsstraat 8, 9300 Aalst.

    Public transport (train); after a healty 10 minutes walk you arrive at AP8.

    There are also taxies available at het railway station of Aalst.

    By car: Highway E40. Just take exit 19 en follow the signs 'Aalst centre'. AP8 is about 500 meters away from the highway exit...

  • Yes, of course. With pleasure. If we've found your lost item, we are more than happy to send it over to you. Shipping charges range between € 5 and € 25 (depending on weight, size and delivery time-frame) when shipping to EU countries. For shipments outside the EU, prices generally vary between € 20 and €40 (depending on weight, size and delivery time-frame).

    Check-in / check-out

    Check-in after 4.00 PM on the arrival date.

    Check-out before 10.00 AM on the departure date.

    After that time, AP8 may charge 50% of the full accommodation rate in addition to damages so incurred for the additional use of the apartment until 6.00 PM (after 6.00 PM 100%).

    Justifiable rescission of the contract

    AP8 is entitled to effect an extraordinary rescission of the contract for a materially justifiable cause, for example in case of force majeure or other circumstances for which AP8 is not responsible, which would make it impossible to fulfill the contract. This also applies if apartments are booked with misleading or false information regarding major facts, e.g. regarding the identity of the customer or the purpose, or if AP8 has reasonable cause to assume that the use of the enterprises services might endanger smooth business operations, the security or the public reputation, without this being attributable to the enterprise’s sphere of control or organization. The customer cannot derive any claim for compensation from justified rescission by AP8. AP8 is not responsible for the properties that the client brings into the building and the apartment (theft, loss, destruction or or any other damage). The agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in all respects in conformity with national legislation of the federal monarchy Belgium.
